paper craft research

Image
Lucie Thomas and Thibault Zimmermann their website  Zim & Zou (zimandzou.fr) I have a peculiar connection to Lucie and Thibault's work after looking through it. I was particularly drawn to the ones with intentional composition. My eyes drifted throughout the composition like a baby looking for candies as the cohesiveness almost had me forget about the subject matter and technical aspects.  I really love the impact created by their use of color and focal point. the shape design of the earth stands out sharply despite the similarity it has compare to the surrounding.  Those paper sculptures remind me of a staged doll performance like the ones in Pinocchio. meshmixer refinement

after the week critique, most people that said that I should go with the "hand rake" and "dream train " but most people agree that I should push the hand rake into the mesh mixer since its the most define of all of mine concepts. which I agree and I decided to move forward with it.                                                                   concept polished in mesh mixer                                                                                                       discard and refilling the edges to create insertion coloring on the hand front view
